Service and Support

Gnosis prides itself in providing a level of service and after-sales support second to none.

All hardware supplied by Gnosis carries a 12 month warranty and return-to-base or onsite maintenance contracts are then available.

All bespoke software comes with a 90 day onsite bug-fix warranty. We keep working copies of all our bespoke software systems and provide free email, telephone and fax support during this period.

After this period we offer software support contracts with 4, 8 or 24 hour response times. Contracts can include extra development time to cover additions and amendments to the software.
